The service to be provided is focused on increasing the test capacity for a specific client.To achieve this, the Client expects the following competences to be available at the service provider:

•Test case design based on requirements

•Testdata preparation

•Test case execution

•Defects reporting and retesting

Requirements

To deliver the above competences, the client considers relevant for the outsourcing company to assure consultants with a skillset and senior experience covering:

o Manual testing

o Test analysis, test design, test data preparation, test execution and defect handling.

The Client gives preference to providers that have the ISTQB Foundation Level certification

Consultants to be assigned to the service by provider should have good communication skills, both written and verbal,and the ability to work autonomously while reporting the status and progress of the work to the TestManager on a regular basis.

It is mandatory for consultants to be business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing).
