We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Product Tech Team. You will be responsible for the Store Management & Customer Digital Experience instore Products LifenCycle, driving strategy and definition by translating business and user needs into product
requirements. Leading a multidisciplinary squad, including Developers, Product Designer andPM/SM, you’ll be an ambassador into the organization on adoption of an agile culture and your goal is to create an exceptional experience in our client non-digital channels and delight our
customers compliance with legal requirements. You will lead the development of our Payment Experience products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define new missions and objectives for this product area aligned with our Consumer Products Vision.
• Gather and filter requirements from various sources, translating them into an actionable vision.
• Conduct Lean Inceptions (pain points/needs assessment). Mapping of as-is and to-be proposals.
• Gather requirements stakeholders to build a product roadmap and create business cases for product enhancement.
• Partner with Data Science teams to drive new capabilities.
• Liaise with business and tech teams throughout the product’s life cycle, ensuring all team members embrace the product vision and strategy.
• Create hypotheses for product improvements and test them.
• Monitor product performance, using customer and users feedback to inform development strategy.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with product vision and goals.
• Conduct market competitive analysis, surveys, and benchmark analysis.
• Identify market and product needs, aligning them with other product areas and stakeholders.
• Define objectives, benefits, and product metrics, aligning with OKRs if defined (the area will be pilot to the organization).
• Lead the discovery process, including key stakeholders and find and interact with stateof-art players and suppliers.
• Defend Product Vision and MVP approach, writing macro requirements and workflow in Confluence.
• Decompose Initiatives in smaller requirements, creating User Stories with acceptance criteria on Jira and Confluence.
• Create and manage issues (Initiative, Epics, or User Stories) on Jira linked to documentation in Confluence templates.
• Lead solution design workshops and initiative planning.
• Define the MVP based on benefits and value delivery.
• Articulate functional dependencies/impacts with other IT products.
• Work with Product Data Analyst to identify and define KPIs.
• Keep the Executive Progress Report updated weekly.
• Lead Change Management processes, ensuring the plan is followed and tasks are executed.
• Support solution adoption after deploying.
• Monitor pre-defined KPIs in pilots and roll-out.
• Monitoring Products NPS and collect feedback from users directly or through other stakeholders.

Requirements

 
• You have extensive knowledge of store management roles and digital solutions for customer digital interaction into stores.
• You have experience in a similar product management role, with physical retail experience being a plus.
• You have passion for solving user problems with insights derived from large data sets and users.
• You have the ability to use data to inform key decisions and adopt a test-and-learn approach.
• You have a degree in Accounting and Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field.
• You can translate stakeholder needs into business and product requirements.
• You are a user-focused with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• You are familiar working in cross-functional teams and to easily build relationships with the different players of the business.
• You have the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
• You have a strong verbal and writing English communication skills.
• You give attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
• You have experience with Scrum methodology and an understanding of the omnichannel retail industry is a plus.
