Main Tasks:
• Ensure that all activities have an associated owner;
• Monitoring ongoing project activities;
• Schedule alignment sessions between streams and follow up on the following actions:
o Activities completed since the last project status
o Activities expected to be completed by the next project status
o Risks, issues, dependencies and system unavailability
o Evolution of the project plan and success metrics (KPIs)
o Monitoring the achievement of the project scope
o Identification of delayed activities;
• Update of the plan and action for each stream;
• Update of project documentation;
• Carry out the project's executive report;

Requirements

Technical:
• Management and monitoring of project evolution;
• Identification of risks and mitigation measures;
• Identification of opportunities for improvement and promotion of their operationalization;
• Management of relationships with different stakeholders;
• Engineering/management training;
• Experience in projects over 4 years and in management of technological projects over 2 years;
• Experience in MS project over 1 year;
• Knowledge of office and project methodologies;
• Experience in Banking (preferred).
