Technician mission is to provide technical and functional support to users that require IT support for their BAU, providing a service of excellence to all client users.
Contribute to the setup of the Lisbon Team (Process, Tools, Efficiency …).
Current Team is deployed in Lisbon  Portugal, Montreal (Canada) and in Chennai (India).
This position imply On Call Duties and weekends.


Requirements

Main Tasks:
• Support application users / Answering to support requests                      
• Resolving incidents following incident management lifecycle & Root cause Analysis at a functional level                                    
• Monitoring production environments                 
• Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones                                    
• Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical)                                      

Technical Skills:
• Knowledge on IT concepts and infrastructure                                
• Expertise in SQL /MySQL                                        
• Expertise in Unix/Linux                            
• Cloud Knowledge  &  Ansible /Jenkins                               
• Dynatrace (monitoring tools)                                 

Language Skills:
• English – 3 – Expert
• French – 1 – Notions
