As a member of the 3rd line support team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing web and mobile applications built with React and React Native. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with internal development teams and external clients to ensure efficient issue resolution, as well as seamless communication across all stakeholders.

In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the stability and performance of the applications and environments, minimizing downtime, and addressing reported issues within the agreed-upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Additionally, you will participate in a rotational on-call schedule, providing support as needed.

We are seeking a highly proactive, resilient individual capable of thriving in a dynamic environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in telecommunications business processes and application architecture, positioning you for future growth in the field.

As a part of your job, you will:

Provide 3rd line support for applications built using React and React Native.

Collaborate with internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Communicate effectively with external clients to manage expectations and provide timely updates.

Monitor applications, ensuring stability and performance.

Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week per month).

Align your work schedule with the middle east (KSA – Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM GMT+3).

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Knowledge of web architectures and services (HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON)

Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Knowledge of Javascript

Knowledge of Shell /Bash Script

Knowledge of Unix

Knowledge React JS

Knowledge React Native

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.

Knowledge of Spring

Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Problem solver mindset.

High sense of responsibility

Ability to balance and manage communication between client and internal teams effectively.

Excellent pressure management in high-demand environments.

Team spirit.

Personal traits:
