Tech Lead and/or Systems Architect

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields;

• Proven experience and capability in leading technical teams, including support, training, productivity, and motivation;

• Proven experience and capability in communication with clients and management teams;

• Proven experience and capability in requirements analysis, estimation, and solution design, preferably in cloud environments and using .NET and/or Java with OpenSource technologies;

• Certifications are a plus;

• Fluency in English (essential for the role);

• Familiarity with Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies;

• Hybrid work model based in Lisbon.
