Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader with a passion for healthcare technology to lead our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of talented engineers in building innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers working on custom healthcare projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our healthcare clients.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Implement agile methodologies and best practices to optimize development processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading development teams in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams using React, .NET, and C#.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a Portuguese university.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the roles within agile teams.
  • Proficiency in using modern development tools and platforms such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Excellent communication, mentorship, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (B level or above).
  • Availability to start within 30 days.
