Senior Developer – Product Operations

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our organization and play a pivotal role in
guiding technical decisions and strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET and
React development, with a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles. This role
primarily focuses on providing technical expertise and driving innovation and excellence across projects
and initiatives. Production Operations quickly provides a solution to the client and then digs deeper to
find the source cause. The team is responsible for a variety of products and instances within Client's
portfolio of services and acts to meet the best level of service within each scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to efficiently resolve technical issues reported by customers and internal users, minimizing impact, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems in production environments, utilizing a systematic approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Define solution designs and technical architectures to address client requirements, leveraging .NET and React frameworks effectively.
• Actively contribute to guiding and organizing the team's work, ensuring that tasks are prioritized effectively and communication with all stakeholders is clear and consistent in delivering expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the Product Operations team.

Requirements

Education

• Graduate in Computer Science or similar;
• More than 3 year of relevant work experience;

• Good English level.
• More than 3 year of relevant work experience;
• Fluent in Portuguese;
• Good English level, both written and spoken.

Skills & Knowledge

• 3-year (minimum) experience in .NET Core, C#, SQL;
• Experience (2-year minimum) with microservices architecture.
• Problem solving skills
• Previous experience mentoring and guiding junior developers is highly valued Experience
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
