Senior Consultant / Expert in APPIAN (BPM)

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Act as a technical lead on projects related to the implementation and optimization of APPIAN solutions.
  
• Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions using the APPIAN platform, focusing on process automation and efficiency.
  
• Support for Specific Projects:
  • KYO: Work on enhancing plugins using SALE and JavaScript.
    
  • CT: Review the existing data model and define strategies for its rebuild.
    
  • Archiving Process: Identify impacts and develop archiving solutions that have a significant organizational impact.
    
  • DUNE: Develop a new application based on an Azure Data Lake/Databricks solution and collaborate to create a Proof of Concept (POC).
    
• Business Analysis: Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes and propose innovative solutions.
  

Requirements

• Extensive Experience in APPIAN: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with the APPIAN platform, including design, development, and implementation of solutions.
  
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SALE and JavaScript.
    
  • Experience with data modelling and defining rebuild strategies.
    
  • Knowledge of data archiving solutions and impact identification.
    
  • Experience with Azure Data Lake and Databricks solutions.
    
• Leadership Skills: Experience in leading teams and complex technical projects.
  
• Analytical Ability: Strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  
• Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
  
• Certifications: Certifications in APPIAN and/or BPM are a plus.
  
• English is Mandatory: Portuguese, Spanish and French are a plus.
  

• Previous experience in the insurance or asset management sector.
  
• Knowledge of system integration and business process automation.
  
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  
• Good soft skills - should be able to teach and manage a team.
