Job description

We are seeking experienced software professionals with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong programming background, a good understanding of Agile methodologies, and a DevOps mindset. You should be comfortable writing automation tests, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and working on production systems.

Your ability to explain technical concepts at the appropriate level of detail, both to technical and non-technical stakeholders, will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Ensure software quality through test automation, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using modern tools like Jenkins, Azure, and Docker.
Optimize deployment processes for enhanced scalability and fault tolerance.
Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and improving existing processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Requirements

 
  • Proficiency in Java
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools: GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies: BDD, Performance Testing
  • Proven track record of balancing technical priorities with business needs.
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English
