Job description

We are looking for a Scrum Master French speaker, who identifies with the following aspects:

Key responsabilities:

In charge of the organization of agile rituals;

Coordinates the work of the team, monitors indicators and produces reports;

Ensure the skill level of the team to be assigned to the tasks;

Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Main skills:

Significant professional experience of 5+ years in the field of agility and development;

Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle;

Experienced in SAFe methodology and on projects in Scrum mode;

Able to motivate and coach your team on best practices to apply Agile methodology;

Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical skills;

Good influencing and communication skills;

Ability to “make things happen” and to challenge and overcome resistance;

Fluent written and spoken communication skills in French and English;

Written and spoken Portuguese is a plus.

Requirement:

Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.

Prior experience as a Scrum Master.
