RAN Design and Optimization engineer (Huawei - MOCN)

Job description

• Definition of LLD for the multiple MOCN stages: Tactical MOCN & Strategical MOCN.

• Inter-MNO Mobility design harmonization definition:

o Analyze mobility strategy from both MNOs and identify changes necessary to harmonize strategies.

o Define scenarios for multiple strategies: Inter-Vendor, inter-operator, MOCN & non-MOCN.

o Define service-based mobility strategy.

o Mobility design for the multiple MOCN stages and for a 3-operator scenario

• MOCN and non-MOCN interactions

• Neighbor management

• Service and QoS setting definition between MNOs.

• Feature & parameter optimization

• New spectrum design definition

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in RAN Design and Optimization, focusing on:

• 4G and 5G technologies

• High Huawei experience is required with product knowledge

• High expertise in RAN architecture and strategy definition

• MOCN experience

• High expertise in Huawei radio configurations (HLD & LLD)

• High expertise in Huawei mobility definition (HLD & LLD)

• Immediate availability

• English speaking mandatory

• 6 month project
