The service to be provided has main focus on IT Project Management to manage internal organization our partner client’s projects.

Establish and lead enterprise-wide cross-functional strategic initiatives. Responsible for project management leadership and the day-to-day management of one or more Information Technology projects within Siemens Project Management Organization.

This service comprises a variety of different types of projects including large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering and infrastructure upgrades. Accountable for developing project charter, creating the statement of work, detailed work plans, obtaining estimates, resource plans, and creating project schedules.

Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage to scope, schedule, and budget constraints while ensuring quality deliverables on the project.

Responsabilities:

Coordinate multidiscipline and worldwide teams (internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects)
Set-up, structure, and steer multiple modules in the execution of complex and highvisibility HR projects on an international scale. This will give you the opportunity to quickly expand your network across Siemens.
Jointly with the accountable HR experts and the businesses shape the HR solution landscape and drive the deployment of our HR Strategy 2030
Jointly support in the implementation of strategic projects generating impact and drive positive change
Be a change agent, think end-to-end, challenge, hypothesize, test & build innovative solutions ensuring effective implementation from the start
Orchestrate the ecosystem of key stakeholders incl. business, HR, and contributors/service providers,
Connect the dots and enable your colleagues to identify and address interdependencies with other ongoing strategic HR efforts
Leverage data to design all efforts for maximum user impact, striving to make valuable contributions to our partner holistically



Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in management-/ strategy-/ transformation consulting – with a focus on HR topics
  • Possess outstanding analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. You leverage the dynamics of a large organization and use smart influencing to effectuate change,
  • Broad HR domain know-how, e.g. acquired in a global HR Business Partner or HR CoE /Expert role (i.e., learning, talent management, organizational excellence, mergers & acquisitions, skill management, HR tool landscape / digitalization, change concepts),
  • Fast learner, eager to understand in depth and apply the relevant concepts and tools, and committed to holistic optimization
  • Have an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude and are excited to shape this new team,
  • Speak English fluently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem-solving skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
