We are looking for a Senior profile with solid RAN Optimisation background and Ericsson experience

Requirements

Senior profile with solid RAN Optimisation background and Ericsson experience

Ericsson system and evironement experience (ENM, Moshell,...)

Automation midset with ability to identify Use cases that can be automated within the Ericsson environment & 4G/5G site deployment

Aware of critical optimisation pain points that can be automated

Previous knowledge and exposure to SON systems is a plus

Leadership skills and ability to own and drive Use Cases from start to finish

HLD Design and Ericsson algorithm knowledge

English speaker and mandatory to be located in Europe
